All repairs are performed in house at our Head Office location and include repairs to handheld transmitters, console box transmitters, receivers and electronic boards. Warranty
The guarantee of products is 14 months from the date of invoice of the products and would be valid by the presentation of the purchase invoice. IKUSI guarantees the quality of the products against any manufacturing defect, visible or hidden at Ikusi premises or at the Ikusi approved Distributor premises (CIRC). The guarantee includes exclusively the substitution or repair of products and does not cover the failures caused by a misuse, improper installation or manipulation, nor the assumptions of an act of God or greater force. The guarantee of the products does not cover any damage or damages that could have been caused by the client or by a third party as direct or indirect consequence of the operation of the products, or the use that the client grants to them.
